Independent private search
Privacy policy
Effective July 25, 2026
FrostwolfBlade.com collects only the information you choose to provide when submitting a lead. This may include your name, email address, connection to the object, believed realm region, approximate location, and lead details.
How information is used
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate the lead, contact you, verify an artifact, and, where appropriate, discuss an acquisition or a written finder’s-fee arrangement. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Delivery, storage, and service providers
Form data is transmitted to a private inbox through an email delivery provider. The website does not maintain a public lead database. Copies may remain in the private mailbox and its routine backups for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the lead, maintain provenance, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal obligations.
The lead endpoint uses basic request metadata, a hidden trap field, and submission timing to reduce automated abuse. If enabled, privacy-conscious analytics record aggregate page activity without advertising profiles. These providers handle data under their own privacy terms.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including encrypted transport, spam screening, rate limiting, and private delivery. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information that is no longer needed is deleted on a reasonable schedule, except where preservation is necessary for provenance, fraud prevention, an ongoing transaction, or law.
Your choices
You may submit a lead under a pseudonym, but a working email address is required for follow-up. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously submitted, use the contact form and provide enough detail to identify the submission. Requests may be limited when records must be retained for legitimate legal or transaction purposes.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the search, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
